HOLDS COURT AS THE FIRST PLAYMATE BORN IN MAINE
Just in time for the playoffs, former pageant girl-turned-Boston Celtics super fan Mei-Ling Lam shows her passion not only in the stands, but also as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in the magazine’s June issue, with additional photos available on Playboy.com.
“I lived, breathed and ate pageants,” says the beauty, who offers her past experiences with modeling as preparation for posing for Playboy. “I’m [now] simply celebrating womanhood and embracing how comfortable I feel in my own skin.”
Growing up in the small town of Clinton, Maine, the former Miss Maine Teen USA spent her time hanging out at her family’s restaurant, competing in beauty pageants and attending her beloved Celtics games. “I love the Celtics, period, because there’s nothing like them and their fans,” Mei-Ling says. “The atmosphere is absolutely electric during games.”
When this French and Chinese bombshell isn’t cheering enthusiastically for her favorite sports team, Mei-Ling enjoys working out, running and down-hill skiing. Family is most important, and she dreams to one be day a successful entrepreneur, mother of three and loving wife.
