PINUP QUEEN CLAIRE SINCLAIR IS PLAYBOY’S 2011 PLAYMATE OF THE YEAR
Classic beauty Claire Sinclair is Playboy’s 2011 Playmate of the Year. The buxom brunette, who turns 20 years old on May 25, channels her inner pinup girl in an alluring 10-page nude pictorial in the magazine’s June issue, with additional images available at www.playboy.com/pmoy2011.
Along with her title, Claire receives $100,000 in prize money, a Harley-Davidson® 1200 Custom with H-D1TM factory customization and a collector's item, a one-of-a-kind set of Playboy Fragrances with Swarovski Elements. Playboy Founder Hugh M. Hefner introduced the 2011 Playmate of the Year during an exclusive ceremony at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Friday, May 6. “I was determined to become Playmate of the Year,” says Claire. “And now that I have, I feel as successful as any 20-year-old could be. I’m so excited about it.”
The native Angeleno has had an exciting year. In October 2010 she was named Playmate of the Month. Following her appearance in the magazine, she moved into the Playmate house across from the Playboy Mansion, and appeared on the E! Network special “The Girls Next Door: The Bunny House.” A short time later she moved to Las Vegas to guest star in MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris, a sensual French cabaret that combines sensuous choreography, lighting displays and film. Claire, who was the show’s youngest guest star, won crowds over with her first appearance in October, and was asked to return to the show in April. While in Sin City, she befriended another gorgeous Playboy model – Holly Madison – and was featured on her reality TV series “Holly’s World.” To add to this excitement, Claire was recently named official spokesmodel for Bettie Page clothing, a true honor for the pinup queen. Claire is Playboy’s 52nd Playmate of the Year. Playboy named its first Playmate of the Year, Ellen Stratton, in 1960.
